SBG Operations during coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
At SBG we share the concern about the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that is affecting us all. We would like to reassure everyone that we have taken all possible action to ensure that we continue to work safely while maintaining the full activity of the company.
The well-being of our staff, customers and partners is paramount and as such we have restricted travel and encouraged working from home. SBG employees are used to working remotely and despite the extraordinary circumstances, we are keeping all of our operations running as normal. You can contact us through the regular channels and continue to rely on us to support you and your business.
The hiatus in active sport has brought with it an opportunity to consult and work proactively with our customers and to drive our product development and innovation. We are currently busy working on the next generations of RaceWatch, MatchTracker, Focus and Hub.
We recognise that for users of our software this is also an ideal time to review processes and workflows to prepare for the resumption of events which are likely to be even more compacted than during a normal season. We are available through online meetings to discuss software requests, productivity and workflow improvements as well as offering product training and allowing you to trial new applications or modules.
SBG is also using this time for strategic planning of future product development, reflecting our commitment to bring innovation and insight to the incredible sports industry which not only employs, but inspires and entertains us all.
